Orders & Payment

How does the order process work?
Browse products, add them to the cart, and complete the checkout process to finalize your purchase.
Will I get an order confirmation?
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email used. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
What if an item is out of stock?
Products are subject to availability. If an item is identified as out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you of a full refund or offer alternatives.
How long does processing take?
After an order is placed, it typically takes 2 business days to process. This does not include holidays or weekends.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay (subject to change).
Is payment secure?
The SSL-encrypted payment is processed once the order is confirmed.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is based on the shipping address of the order and is calculated and viewable during checkout.

Shipping

Which carrier will ship my order?
TinyCarz will select between UPS, FedEx, or USPS to deliver customer orders.
How long is travel time?
Most travel times will be less than 5 days since we are centrally located within the United States. Travel times do not include processing times, holidays, or weekends.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is $5.95. Orders over $70 receive free ground shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — 2nd Day Air is $15.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Will I get a tracking number?
Tracking information will be provided when a shipping label is created.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Shipping to these locations requires contacting customer service, and rates are based on exact cost.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item in the exact condition in which it was shipped within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be possible if multiples of the item purchased are still available.
What if my delivery is damaged?
If damage occurs during shipping, please notify us immediately so we can act accordingly and quickly.
How do I start a return?
Visit our contact page and submit the name and email used on the order. Explain the situation and your desired resolution. You will receive a return authorization email within 48 hours.
Who pays return shipping?
If the issue is due to a TinyCarz error or a defective product, we provide a return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Where do I ship returns to?

How long until my refund is processed?
Once we receive your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email within 7 days of receipt.
